TERMS OF SERVICE FOR UNSCRAPE
Last Updated: June 9, 2026
Welcome to UnScrape. By accessing or using our application, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
1. Appointment of Authorized Agent Proxy & Power of Attorney
By completing the onboarding process and granting explicit legal consent, you officially appoint UnScrape to act as your official Authorized Agent Proxy.
You grant UnScrape the limited power of attorney and legal proxy authority to draft, sign, transmit, and enforce data deletion requests on your behalf to third-party data brokers, public registries, and corporate entities.
You authorize UnScrape to interface directly with data broker compliance teams and regulatory bodies to demand data cessation, audit compliance, and challenge unlawful data retention.
2. Canary Fingerprinting & Decoy Data Injection
You acknowledge and explicitly agree that the platform utilizes an automated background engine to inject hyper-realistic decoy data traps (synthetic aliases, proxy contact vectors, and honeytokens) alongside your true PII when communicating with data brokers. This mechanism is mathematically required to establish deterministic data lineage and prove non-compliance or unauthorized cross-syndication.
3. Usage Restrictions & The 30-Day Rate Limit
To maintain the integrity of our enforcement systems, protect the network from script abuse, and comply with strict operational policies, a mandatory 30-day hardware lock is enforced upon triggering a background compliance sweep.
Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass, reverse-engineer, or spam the API infrastructure.
Any unauthorized modification of frontend code, API manipulation, or service exploitation will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
4. Litigation Clusters & Class-Action Fine Aggregation
When a data broker retains your information past the standard 45-day statutory grace period, our system automatically tracks the violation and calculates fines based on the California Delete Act's $200/day per consumer statutory liability.
By using the platform, you have the option to participate in community-wide litigation clusters.
These clusters aggregate anonymous macro-level proof of systemic neglect to substantiate enforcement actions or administrative fines, shifting the financial burden of compliance violations directly back onto non-compliant data brokers.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features of the platform require an active paid subscription. All financial transactions, tier management, and subscription state controls are processed through third-party billing architectures. You agree to provide accurate payment information and acknowledge that subscription rates are locked upon activation as long as the subscription remains continuously active.
6. Disclaimer of Legal Representation
While the platform generates forensic PDF evidence dossiers, calculates statutory liability, and automates compliance notices under the California Delete Act (SB 362), UnScrape is an automated software tool and does not operate as a law firm. Use of the platform does not establish an attorney-client relationship. All automated documentation is provided for evidentiary and administrative compliance tracking purposes.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms, breaches security protocols, or compromises the integrity of our automated compliance network.
