3. Data Protection, Governance, and Zero-Memory Protocol
Your privacy is our core product. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal data to any third party.
Storage: All sensitive user PII is securely committed to encrypted database collections using standard secure cloud environments.
The Zero-Memory Mesh: Background automated scraping sequences operate on a zero-memory-footprint architecture. This means data pulled from public or shadow registries during compliance audits is processed in volatile memory solely to confirm the presence of your data or assigned canary traps, and is never permanently indexed or logged on our servers.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data only as long as your account remains active to provide continuous background auditing defense. You retain absolute sovereignty over your data. If you request the deletion of your account, all associated primary PII, tracking data fingerprints, and historical status ledgers will be permanently deleted from our live databases within statutory timeframes.
